We understand that it can be difficult to get your size correct, especially if this is the first time you're ordering with us. We will happily exchange your item for the size you actually need
Just reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item & we'll get you sorted out!
Please be aware that the item cannot have been worn or damaged by the user to be eligible for an exchange
Returns
Once you've made the decision to return your item, we will send you a free return shipping label (for 1 or all purchased items) by email to you directly.
Once the return parcel is received at our return PO Box, the item/s will be inspected before confirmation of a refund is issued to you. Please be mindful of the following:
- The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at time of original purchase & may take up to 7-10 days depending on your service provider
- However, if you opted for in-store credit as your preferred return option, the funds will be available within 1-2 days of receiving the returned goods
