Once you've made the decision to return your item, we will send you a free return shipping label (for 1 or all purchased items) by email to you directly. Once the return parcel is received at our return PO Box, the item/s will be inspected before confirmation of a refund is issued.

 

Please be mindful of the following:

• The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at time of original purchase & may take up to 7-10 days depending on your service provider

• However, if you opted for in-store credit as your preferred return option, the funds will be available within 1-2 days of receiving the returned goods
